Spend your morning learning to create a beautiful floral headpiece at Flower Crown Workshop on Saturday, Sept. 5 from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the Studio. 

Learn step-by-step instructions for creating a beautiful, wearable flower crown using fresh, in-season blooms. Participants will be guided through the process of selecting, layering, and securing flowers to build a balanced and lasting floral design. This hands-on workshop is relaxed and beginner-friendly, with plenty of room for creativity and personal style. You’ll leave with a finished flower crown and the skills to recreate one on your own.

Perfect for Homecoming weekend, this workshop is a lovely opportunity to create your own floral headpiece and enjoy a creative experience with friends while capturing beautiful seasonal photos together.

$90/person. Registration closes on September 5 or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.

About the Instructor

Rachel Wooters is a Central Illinois-based artist and educator with a passion for creative expression through florals, ceramics, and community connection. A graduate of the Master Program at Makeup Designory (MUD), Rachel brings a refined eye and a hands-on, intuitive approach to every workshop she leads. Her classes—ranging from floral arranging to pottery—invite guests to slow down, play, and explore their personal creativity in a welcoming, artful environment.
